Her current role is the Education Engagement lead at the Microsoft Africa Development center where she drives skilling partnerships with Univierties and academic institutions. With over 9 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Irene brings a wealth of expertise in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.

Notable among Irene’s achievements is her leadership in driving the strategic end-to-end implementation of ICT programs in K12 education across Rwanda and Kenya. Her efforts have played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the educational landscape, equipping students with essential digital skills for the future.
